What is your Goal?

If you want to start hitting better shots right away... you need to have a Goal for each shot.

The mental purpose of a Zone Targeted pre-shot routine... Is to help you Clarify and Commit to that Goal.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙢 𝙂𝙤𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 "𝙕𝙤𝙣𝙚" 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙩.

Getting close to the Zone means your mind, your body and your emotions will all be on the same page... and give you the best chance for Accessing your best shots.

The Optimum Goal has three keys:

𝟭. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲

The Goal is ALWAYS focused on what you want... not what you don't want.

𝟮. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁

If you want to be in or near the Zone... you need to be fully engaged in the Present Process not focused on future results or past results.

𝟯. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆

The Zone is all about turning up your Senses to the max... and quieting your thoughts and your emotions.

Helpful Hint

In my experience most of us have one sense mode that we trust the most for each shot.

For some it is the Visual of the Target or the shape of the shot.⛳

For some it is the Feel of the swing or movement that produces the shot.🏌️‍♂️
